How the franchise options fit together

The areas fit together rather like the cells in a honeycomb.   Each is a suitable shape and size to form a viable business unit and the areas fit together with no gaps.   A Local Service Provider franchise is a single area either run autonomously or under a Regional Manager.   An individual may become a Local Service Provider for a single area or even a very small number of areas but beyond a certain point multiple areas run as Regional Managers.  A Local Service Provider may start with one or two areas and then convert to a Regional Manager, taking on even more areas (subject to availability) or a Regional Manager may be the starting point in which case a number of territories are allocated from the start and then they are individually populated with Local Service Providers.

Basically, the whole system offers choice and flexibility depending on your experience and requirements.
